Maintenance of electric valve
1. The electric valve shall be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the passage shall be blocked.
2. The electric valve stored for a long time shall be inspected regularly to remove dirt, and the processing surface shall be coated with antirust oil.
3. After installation, regular inspection shall be carried out, mainly including:
(1) Wear of sealing surface.
(2) Trapezoidal thread wear of valve stem and valve stem nut.
(3) Check whether the packing is out of date and invalid. If it is damaged, replace it in time.
(4) After the repair and assembly of the electric valve, the sealing performance test shall be carried out.
All kinds of electric valves in operation shall be complete and intact. The flange thread and the bolt on the bracket are indispensable, and the thread should be intact without looseness. The fastening nuts on the hand wheel shall be tightened in time if they are found to be loose, so as not to wear the connection or lose the hand wheel and nameplate. If the hand wheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with a monkey wrench, and it should be equipped in time. The packing gland shall not be skewed or have no pre tightening clearance. For the electric valve in the environment easy to be contaminated by rain, snow, dust, wind and sand, its valve stem shall be installed with a protective cover. The ruler on the electric valve shall be complete, accurate and clear. The lead seal, cap and pneumatic accessories of the electric valve shall be complete and intact. The insulation jacket shall be free from dents and cracks.
It is not allowed to knock, stand or support heavy objects on the electric valve in operation; Especially non-metallic electric valves and cast iron electric valves shall be prohibited.
